Lauren’s Classes
Lauren specialises in Vinyasa Yoga, which is a style of yoga characterised by the way asana (poses) are linked together using the breath which creates the flowing sequence. Vinyasa yoga is an invigorating practice, combining poses and transitions that help to strengthen, stretch, improve mobility, balance, coordination and the overall wellbeing of the practitioner.
In Lauren’s classes, you will practice meditation and pranayama techniques as well as an energising vinyasa sequence.

Your Teacher
Lauren Marples is a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher. She has trained in Thailand, India, Ireland and online and her passion lies in bringing people together through yoga, movement and plant-based food.

Lauren Marples teaches yoga classes and workshops in Cork, Ireland, and hosts events and retreats in Ireland and Internationally.
